Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $59.99 USD. Orders under that amount incur a $9.99 flat rate.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your region. Shipping fees for express services will be calculated and displayed before payment.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to track your shipment in real time

Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing an order. Livrnr is not responsible for lost packages due to:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Missing apartment/unit numbers

  • Unclaimed or undeliverable packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional charges may apply).


Customs, Duties & Taxes
